Description
The Martha T. and Ralph M. Race History Scholarship is open to undergraduate, graduate, and transfer students at Frostburg State University. You must be pursuing teacher education certification with a demonstrated record of completed history courses to qualify for this award. You must also intend to teach western history at the high school or secondary level and have a minimum GPA of 2.8 (3.0 in major).
