Description
The Thomas W. Haggerty Memorial Scholarship is available to graduating seniors at John Jay High School or Roy C. Ketcham High School. You must have overcome personal, financial or educational obstacles. You must also demonstrate financial need, and be involved in extracurricular, sports and/or employment opportunities to be eligible for this award. An essay is required.
