Description
The North Dakota Association of the Blind Scholarship is available to full- time students who have visual impairments that cannot be corrected with prescription lenses. You must be a resident of North Dakota, have a minimum 2.5 GPA; and demonstrate academic excellence, financial need and service to the community to be eligible for this award.
