The Kevin T. Hart Memorial Scholarship is available to full-time students at the University of California, San Diego who have experienced either mental illness or homelessness personally or through the experiences of a family member. You must maintain a minimum 3.0 GPA, demonstrate financial need and also show campus or community leadership.
