Description
The Howard Baker Foundation General Scholarship is open to undergraduate minority students at Wayne State University. You must be a graduate of a Detroit high school, be a resident of Detroit, and have a minimum 2.75 GPA to qualify for this renewable award. Financial need will also be considered. Preference will be given to nursing and natural science majors. U.S. citizenship is required.
