Description
The Bernice Barlow NAACP Scholarship is available to graduating high school seniors from Saginaw, Bay, or Midland County. You must have a minimum 2.0 GPA and be a member of or have a parent or legal guardian who is a member of the Saginaw NAACP Branch to qualify for this award.
