Description
The Charles L. and Mary J. Graack Scholarship is available to students at Illinois Central College. You must be majoring in art or horticulture with a minimum 2.5 GPA. You must also be a resident of Woodford County. Preference is given to residents of El Paso or Eureka and to students with need.
