The Connelly Foundation Scholarship is open to students at West Chester University. You must be a graduate of a Catholic high school in the five-county Philadelphia area including Chester, Delaware, Montgomery, Bucks and Philadelphia counties to be eligible for this award. Applicants must have a GPA of at least 3.50 and outstanding SAT/ACT scores.
