Description

The Elliott S. Milstein Endowed Scholarship is available to third-year students at American University, Washington College of Law. You must intend to go into practice representing the poor in either civil or criminal cases. You must also demonstrate your commitment to such work by activities either before or during law school and have financial need to be eligible for this award.
