Description
The Alfa Fellowship is available to U.S. citizens between the ages of 25 and 35 who are interested in gaining hands-on work experience in Russian enterprises, organizations and institutions. This fellowship funds a year-long program beginning in March, including seven months of language training, that will meet the interests of both participants and host institutions. You must have at least two years of professional experience and demonstrate outstanding academic and professional credentials to be considered for this fellowship. Preference will be given to candidates who have master's degrees or higher in business, economics, journalism, law, public policy or government.
