The Charles N. Fisher Memorial Scholarship is available to students with any class amateur radio license majoring in electronics, communications or a related field at a regionally accredited institution. You must be a resident of Arizona; or Los Angeles, Orange, San Diego, or Santa Barbara counties in California to be eligible for this award.
