Description
The Paul and Helen L. Grauer Scholarship is available to students with a minimum novice class amateur radio license who are majoring in electronics, communications or a related area. You must be a resident of the ARRL Midwest Division (Iowa, Kansas, Missouri, or Nebraska) and be participating in a baccalaureate or higher course of study in one of these states to be eligible for this award.
