Description
The Ruth Cox Merchant Scholarship is available to full- time students majoring in education at West Texas A&M University. You must have a minimum 2.75 GPA and demonstrate active involvement in the Church of Christ to be eligible for this award. A recommendation letter from church leadership is also required.
