Description
The Artist Bill Fischer Foundation for Working Artists Scholarship is available to students residing in Kentucky. To be eligible, you must demonstrate financial need and be enrolled in one of the following colleges: University of Louisville, Indiana University Southeast, University of Kentucky, Berea College, Centre College, Spalding University, Bellarmine University, Western Kentucky University, or the Louisville Visual Art Association.
