The W. Terry Owens/Ann Murtha Scholarship is available to full-time entering freshman students at Central Connecticut State University. You must be a graduate of a high school in New Britain, Berlin or Kensington and have a minimum 1100 SAT. You must also rank in the top 35 percent of your class and have a minimum "B+" average to be eligible for this award.
