Description

The M.O. Looney Community Service Scholarship is available to full-time sophomores, juniors and seniors at Missouri Western State College. You must have a minimum GPA of 3.0 and a record of community service to be eligible for this award. Recipient must work a total of 125 hours of community service per academic year.
