Description
The George H. Nofer Scholarship is available to full - time graduate students pursuing a degree in law, public policy, or public administration. To be eligible, you must have bilateral, moderate to profound hearing loss, have been diagnosed prior to age four, and use spoken communication as your primary mode of communication.
