Farmers and Merchant Bank Scholarship

Description

The Farmers and Merchants Bank Scholarship is available to students at the Phillips Community College of the University of Arkansas, Dewitt or Stuttgart Campus. You must be a resident of Prairie, Desha or Arkansas County and have a minimum 3.0 GPA or 21 ACT score to be eligible for this award.
