Description
The Frank Burlingham Memorial Agricultural Honors Scholarship is available to entering freshman and community college transfer students at Oregon State University. You must be majoring in agricultural sciences and have a record of leadership to be eligible for this award. Entering freshman students must rank in the top 10 percent of their high school class, and transfer students must have a minimum 3.5 GPA. Preference is given to students from the Woodburn area.
