Description
The John Chester and Lillian L. Allen Scholarship is available to students at Southeast Missouri State University. You must rank in the top 10 percent of your high school class and demonstrate moral character, high ideals and good citizenship to be eligible for this award. First preference will be given to graduates of Woodland and Smithton high schools, and second preference will be given to Bollinger County residents, followed by Missouri high school graduates. Financial need will be a consideration.
