Description
The Portland Area Business Association Scholarship is available to gay, lesbian, bisexual, and transgender students; and students who are children of gay, lesbian, bisexual, or transgender parents. You must demonstrate financial need and be a resident of Oregon or Clark County, Washington for at least one year prior to applying for this award.
