Description
The Phillip W. Davis Scholarship is open to entering freshman students at the Georgia Institute of Technology. You must be a resident of Georgia and demonstrate excellent scholastic achievement, good character, extracurricular involvement and financial need to be eligible for this award. Preference is given to graduates of North Hall High School in Gainesville, Georgia.
