The F. & D. Birkett Scholarship is open to male entering freshman students at the Georgia Institute of Technology. You must be a resident of Georgia, demonstrate financial need, and demonstrate potential to perform at an above-average level to be eligible for this renewable award. Preference is given to residents of Hall County.
