The Thelma Pelych Advancement Scholarship is open to members of the New York State Society of Municipal Finance Officers. You must be enrolled or intend to enroll in course work leading to a degree or advanced degree, or be taking course work in the advancement of your professional career in public administration or public finance. Selection is based on merit, character and financial need.
