The KCTCS Transfer Presidential Scholarship is available to community college transfer students at Eastern Kentucky University. You must be a resident of Kentucky and be transferring from one of Kentucky's two-year colleges. You must have a minimum 3.0 college GPA and have completed at least 36 credit hours to be eligible for this award, which covers one-half of in-state tuition.
