Description
The Foundation for Rural Service Scholarship is available to graduating high school seniors residing in rural communities. You must have at least a "C" GPA, be sponsored by a current NTCA member or FRED Donor Circle member, and express an interest to return to a rural community following college graduation to be eligible for this award.
