The Dr. James Dixon Memorial Scholarship is available to full - time students who are Johnson County residents. You must demonstrate virtue of character, honesty, leadership traits, academic preparation and potential for success in college to be eligible for this award. Preference is given to students who showed turn around in performance during their junior year of high school.
