Description
The Scott K. McDowell Scholarship is available to full-time students at Jackson Community College. You must be a resident of Jackson, Hillsdale or Lenawee County and have a minimum 3.25 GPA to be eligible for this award. Selected candidates must volunteer for at least 50 hours of community service during the academic year in which they receive the award. An essay describing your professional goals is also required.
