Description
The Booker T. and Juanita E. Coley Scholarship is available to graduating seniors from Cumberland County who plan to enroll as a full - time student at Fayeteville State University. You must have a minimum "B" GPA and demonstrate financial need and strong character and beliefs to be eligible for this award. Preference is given to graduates of E.E. Smith High School or students who will study elementary education.
