The ARFORA Helen Muntean Education Scholarship is available to female voting members of a parish of the Romanian Orthodox Episcopate of America. You must have completed your first year in an accredited university or college and be working toward an undergraduate degree in education to be eligible for this award. Selection is based on n scholastic achievement, character, worthiness, and participation in religious life, to women of The Romanian Orthodox Episcopate of America.
