The Pechero Scholarship is open to students at Southwestern Adventist University who demonstrate financial need. You must be from one of the following counties in Texas: Bee, Bexar, Calhoun, Cameron, Galveston, Harris, Hidalgo, Jackson, Nueces or Willacy. You must also be employed and have applied for federal grants and loans to be eligible for this award.
