Description
The Thomas H. Elliott Scholarship is available to graduating seniors from Calhoun County. You must demonstrate a strong work ethic and high moral character and submit an essay to be eligible for this award. Preference will be given to students who plan to attend Albion College, University of Michigan, and Michigan State University.
