The Elmer Cooke Young- Ethel Taylor Young Scholarship is available to graduating high school seniors from Glastonbury and Windsor high schools. To be eligible for this renewable award, you must be entering a four- year college or university, rank in the top third of your class, demonstrate financial need, and be an active volunteer in school, community or other extracurricular activities.
