Description
The B. Phinizy Spalding and Hubert B. Owens Scholarship is available to undergraduate and graduate students at Georgia colleges and universities. You must be a U.S. citizen, a Georgia resident, and must be studying preservation or a related field (including archaeology, architecture, history and planning) to be eligible for this award.
