Description
The C. Walter Howe Memorial Political Science Scholarship is open to junior students at Frostburg State University. You must be a political science major and have an overall minimum 3.0 GPA (minimum 3.25 GPA in department). Effort will be weighted more critically than GPA. Preference is given to students who show an interest in civil rights, affirmative action or other contemporary issues. Financial need may be a determining factor.
