Description
The Minnesota Society of Certified Public Accountants Scholars Program is open to sophomores, juniors, seniors and graduate students majoring in accounting at a college or university in Minnesota. You must be a Minnesota resident, have at least a 2.5 GPA, identify as belonging to a minority population, and intend to sit for the CPA exam to qualify for this award. As a Scholar, you'll meet respected CPAs, have dinner with firm partners and even work alongside real CPAs. You will also attend skill-building events throughout the year with your mentor, learn about accounting and business careers and gain important tools for the future
