Description
The Richard E. Merwin Scholarship is open to full-time juniors, seniors and graduate students who are active member of the IEEE Computer Society student branch chapter at their institution. You must have at least a 2.5 GPA and be studying electrical engineering, computer engineering, computer science or a well-defined computer related field. Selection may be based on involvement in branch chapter activities, academic achievement, extracurricular activities and a letter of recommendation.
