The Dr. Walter L. Sickles Education Scholarship is open to graduating high school seniors who plan on majoring in education. You must be a resident of Hillsborough County and enroll in a two- or four- year college or university. You must also demonstrate special need or family circumstances, community service, school involvement, leadership, and character to be eligible for this award.
