Description
The Josephine Sebach Scholarship is available to graduating seniors from Zanesville / Muskingum high schools who live in Muskingum County. To be eligible, you must be a first - time college student, have a minimum 2.0 GPA, and be nominated by a third party. Preference is given to nominees who have a clear knowledge of the specific occupation he/ she wishes to pursue, motivation and need for the scholarship.
