Description
The Emergency Educational Fund Grant is available to full - time undergraduate students who are the children of deceased or totally disabled Elks. The Elk parent or step - parent must have been a member in good standing for at least one year at the time of his or her death, or until the time the parent became disabled. To be eligible, you must be unmarried and under the age of 24, and demonstrate financial need.
