The Frank W. Jane E. Preston Memorial Scholarship is available to full - time students at Butler County Community College. To be eligible, you must be a resident of Butler County; demonstrate financial need; and be majoring in civil technology, engineering, manufacturing technology, metrology / precision, measurement technology, nanofabrication technology, park and recreation management, or robotics technology.
