Description
The Francelene Skinner Memorial Scholarship is available to graduating seniors from Lexington High School. You must plan to attend a technical school or community college within the state of Nebraska. Also, you must rank in the upper third of your graduating class and show qualities of good character, leadership and academic merit. Additionally, you must demonstrate financial need and involvement in extracurricular and community activities to be eligible for this award.
