Description
The Haddon and Nettie Morgan Rhodes Endowed Scholarship is open to incoming freshmen at Fairmont State. You must be an elementary education major, have a minimum 21 ACT/990 SAT score, and have a minimum 3.0 GPA to be eligible for this renewable award. Preference is given to West Virginia high school graduates.
