The National Merit Scholarship is available to incoming first - year students at Dallas Baptist University. You must be a National Merit Finalist, demonstrate exceptional Christian character and leadership skills, and have demonstrated servant - leadership by giving your life to serving God and His people to qualify for this renewable full-tuition award. To retain this award, you must live on campus, maintain a minimum 2.5 GPA, remain a full-time student, complete the Christian leadership course during your first year of enrollment, and be involved in volunteer activities.
