The Howard A. McIntosh Scholarship is available to entering freshmen at Northwest Missouri State University who are graduating from a high school in Mills County, Iowa. You must have a minimum 3.0 GPA and submit a letter of recommendation. If no qualified student from Mills County applies, students from Atchinson, Nodaway, or Worth counties in Missouri may also be considered.
