The Judge J. E. Chambers Scholarship is available to entering freshmen at Arkansas Tech University. You must be graduating from Danville, Western Yell County or Dardanelle high schools, demonstrate academic promise and school and community service to be considered for this award. You must also provide two supporting letters of recommendation.
