Description
The Neil B. Gutchess Scholarship is available to incoming freshmen at Tompkins Cortland Community College. To be eligible for this award, you must have graduated with a minimum GPA of 3.0, demonstrate financial need and be enrolled for at least 12 credit hours in each semester the award is made. Preference is given to students from Dryden, NY.
