Description
The Thomas F. Black, Jr. Memorial Scholarship is available to Rhode Island residents who are entering their first- year of law school as full- time students. You must demonstrate promise to become an outstanding lawyer, and have good character, scholastic achievement and financial need to be eligible for this award. Two letters of recommendation are required.
