Description
The Bill and Jody Harter Scholarship is open to students who are graduating seniors or graduates of a high school in Bartholomew County. You must be currently attending or planning to attend Indiana University - Purdue University Columbus, or IVY Tech State College in Columbus and have a minimum 3.0 GPA on a 4.0 scale or 8.0 GPA on a 12.0 scale to be eligible for this award.
