Description
The Henry Frank Scholarship is available to full-time entering freshman or transfer students at Fitchburg State College. You must be from Norwalk, Connecticut, or from within a fifteen-mile radius of Orange, Massachusetts, to be eligible for this award. Preference is given to students from Norwalk and selection is based on academic achievement.
